These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ROASify app, made by 7Labs ("the App", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App connects to your Shopify store via OAuth and to a Google Ads account of your choosing via a separate connection. When Shopify reports that an order has been refunded or cancelled, the App sends a corresponding conversion adjustment (a retraction or a corrected value) to the Google Ads conversion action you select. The App does not track or send Purchase conversions itself — it is designed to complement whatever Purchase-tracking setup you already use, not replace it.
You must have an active Shopify store and a Google Ads account with an existing, working Purchase conversion action to use the App. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business installing the App.
The App offers plans through Shopify App Pricing. The Free plan includes a limited number of successful adjustment syncs each calendar month. Paid plans, pricing, trials, and included features are displayed in Shopify before approval. Shopify processes all app charges through the merchant's Shopify billing account.
The App processes minimal data on your behalf — primarily Shopify order identifiers and refund/cancellation amounts — to send conversion adjustments to Google Ads. Our data handling practices are described in full in our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its source code, design, and documentation, is our proprietary property. Installing the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Conversion adjustments can only reach a Google Ads conversion that was originally uploaded in a way Google's API can match by order ID — if your existing Purchase-tracking setup uploads conversions through a path Google Ads adjustments can't reach (for example, certain GA4-linked import configurations), the App's adjustments will not succeed for that order, and we do not control or warrant the behavior of your other tracking tools. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that adjustments will be accepted by Google's or Shopify's APIs at all times, which are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including inaccurate ad-platform reporting, lost advertising optimization, or increased advertising costs, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of Google's or Shopify's terms or applicable law; (c) your selection of the Google Ads account or conversion action the App sends adjustments to; or (d) your business's marketing or advertising practices.
You may terminate the service relationship at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store, or by disconnecting Google Ads from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if we determine you have violated these Terms or Google's or Shopify's policies. Upon uninstall, all your data stored by the App (credentials, adjustment history, logs) is deleted, per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Moldova, without regard to conflict of law principles.
